Sheboygan South Head Coach Scott Rice and Sheboygan youth coach Tom Hanson start the Under The Wing program at Sheboygan South High. This is a mentoring program having the varsity team get together during practice with the 7th and 8th grade teams. This is a way for the younger kids to get to meet the varsity players and create a bond for keeping kids playing football in high school. All involved receive an Under the Wing T-shirt furthering the connection with the varsity players. It is really a special moment watching the reaction of the youth players along with varsity player during the time they work on drills together great respect is given by both.
